Returns & Exchanges

The West Urban only allows exchanges under the following circumstances:

1. Item is found to be defected, not by any deliberate means.

We strive to ensure all items are in good condition before mailing of the parcel. In the event if any item(s) received is/are found to be defective, do drop us an email at admin@thewesturban.com within 7 business days from the date of mailing attached with a picture of proof.

- Kindly note that measurements may vary by 0.5" to 0.75" due to mass production. Under such circumstances, item will not be considered as a defect and no refunds/exchanges will be done. 

- There may be a slight difference in colour due to studio lighting and different backgrounds hence no refunds/exchanges will be done in such situations.

- Loose threads and minor stains which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered as a defect. 

- In the event if item is out of stock and not available for exchange, a store credit of item value would be issued with no expiry date.

2.  Incorrect item received.

As per our practice, all parcels will be checked before mailing. However, in any case if wrong item(s) is/are received, do drop us an email at admin@thewesturban.com within 7 business days from date of delivery. 

3. Wrong sizing purchased.

We accept exchanges for any wrong sizes purchased subject to stock availability. Exchanges are strictly for the same design only and we must be informed via email at admin@thewesturban.com within 7 business days from date of delivery. In the event of stock unavailability, store credit(s) of the item(s) value will be issued and will be valid for 6 months, strictly non-extendible. Store credits can only be used once, not applicable for another return and exchange, or with any further discounts. Any balance amount will be forfeited.

APPLICABLE TO ALL EXCHANGES/RETURNS

-       All requests will be processed within 3 business days from date of receipt.

-       All exchanges/returns parcels have to be mailed back to us via registered postage or any means that are traceable within 5 business days after an email on the return/exchange instructions has been sent out. 

-       The West Urban will reimburse any charges incurred in mailing for exchanges due to defective item/incorrect item received.

-       For exchange of sizes, all charges to and fro will be borne by customers. Customers will be required to top up the additional charges for mailing back of parcels from The West Urban. 

-       In any circumstances, refunds will strictly not be entertained.

-       All items purchased under sales category will not be eligible for exchanges/returns.

-       Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached in initial conditions. Exchange/ return will be rejected if the above conditions are not met. 

-       Store credits can only be used once, not applicable for another return and exchange, or with any further discounts. Any balance amount will be forfeited.
